We are available 6 days a week from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, so it’s more convenient for you, and your prospective tenants can view your property after work or at weekends.  Naturally you can contact us via email at any time and you can even book viewings on-line. Morgan James will make the whole house letting experience as easy for you as possible.

Keeping you informed
In a changing market, it is important to keep up-to-date on anything which may affect the marketing of your property. You will benefit from regular updates so you know what’s going on at all times and receive feedback on viewings the following day. We keep up to date with any new legislation so you don’t have to worry about that side of things. This will ensure your legal obligations are met.

Good Listeners
You will feel more secure knowing we fully understand your reasons for letting. Should your circumstances change, we are again ready to listen and flexible enough to change direction to ensure your complete satisfaction.
