Our aim with Morgan James is to give you the best service you could hope for from an agent and then hopefully to exceed your expectations. I lived in St Albans and District for 43 years prior to moving to Great Amwell in Ware in 2006. I have worked for both Connells and Putterills estate agents in Harpenden as well as for Borough of Broxbourne as a senior housing officer and for Shelter the national housing charity as a caseworker. I’m qualified to National Association Of Estate Agents Technical Award standards in both the Sale of Residential Property, Residential Letting and Property Management as well as previously qualified to give housing legal advice to the Legal Services Commission’s ‘quality specialist advice standards’ which enabled me to represent people at county court level and advise on housing options when I worked for Shelter. I believe that my all round experience and qualifications make me the most qualified agent in Hertfordshire. I have lived and worked in several Hertfordshire towns, have bought and rented property and have genuinely seen the market from all sides.

‘I enjoy being a partner of Morgan James and helping you to achieve your goals with as little stress as possible, whether it is starting a property portfolio, moving areas, or just finding a bigger or smaller home to move forward with your life.  I play a very active role within the partnership and have even been known to help with cleaning at 5.30am to ensure our service is delivered.
I previously worked in the customer service industry, for a major international company, and received some of the best training.  I understand the importance of people and I promise I will always treat you with respect; which seems to be very rare today!!
I am a member of APIP (MAPIP) and have passed nationally recognised qualifications, and passed an assessment based on my competency to conduct inventories, check in and check out reports.

I have lived in Hertfordshire since the age of eight, which has given me an understanding of the needs of local people in different towns and communities.  I am the founder of a local neighbourhood watch initiative and my children attend local schools.
It is important to me that Morgan James delivers great customer service at all times and gives  you everything you need under one roof with great results.
